METHODS
01
HOLISTIC
INTERIOR DESIGN
Holistic interior design, also known as wellbeing design, is a multidisciplinary approach to interior design that aims to improve the psychological, physical, and spiritual well-being of a space's occupants. It considers how a design will impact the people who use it, as well as their comfort and productivity. The goal is to create harmony and balance, and to support the overall health of the mind, body, and soul.

02
INTEGRATIVE ORGANIC
ARCHITECTURE
Integrative Architecture is the approach of utilizing the best materials, methods, systems and practices in creating the built environment. It refers to healthy architecture, which integrates ancient sciences like biogeometry and geobiology into contemporary architecture.

04
VASTU SHASTRA
Vastu Shastra is an ancient Indian architectural and design system that aims to harmonize and balance the energy flow within living and working spaces. It encompasses guidelines related to the layout, spatial arrangement, and directional alignments of buildings to promote well-being, prosperity, and positive energy.

03
FENG SHUI
Feng Shui literally translates to “wind and water”. The practice aims to promote harmony and happiness through design. The idea is to optimize buildings in all aspects to bring about these feelings. This includes optimizing the internal and external spaces, as well as garden spaces.

05
REGENERATIVE
Design
Regenerative design creates systems where people and nature thrive together by mimicking natural processes, considering the whole system, and aligning business practices with ecological and social goals. It applies to fields like engineering, economics, and urban design, focusing on sustainability, resilience, and community well-being. Examples include using eco-friendly materials, building habitats for wildlife, and preparing for future uncertainties. Related concepts include biomimicry, net-positive design, and circular economy.

06
USGBC
LEED + true
USGBC's Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification provides a framework for healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings, which offer environmental, social and governance benefits. TRUE is a whole systems approach that aims to transform the way materials flow through society, leading to zero waste. It advocates for the adoption of sustainable resource management and waste reduction practices that have positive environmental, health, and economic outcomes. TRUE promotes the redesigning of resource life cycles so that all products are reused.

07
WELL
WELL is a performance-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and well-being, through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind. WELL sets pathways for accomplishing health-first factors that help every one of us to do our best work and be our best selves by supporting our physical and mental health across 10 core concepts. Rigorous performance standards for design interventions, operational protocols and company-wide practices are verified by a third party. WELL works at any scale, from a single interior space to an entire organization.

08
fitwel
Fitwel strives to prioritize the health and wellness of all occupants and Fitwel certification uses specialized scorecards, relevant to the type of property, to ensure that the building implements and maintains health-focused protocols and amenities to carry out these healthy practices on your own. Fitwel offers strategies for developing and maintaining optimum health-promoting environments, helping companies significantly boost their ESG scores, and associated ratings including GRESB.

09
NCIDQ
NCIDQ Interior Design Certification (NCIDQ) is the industry's recognized indicator of proficiency in interior design principles and a designer's commitment to the profession.
